Energy medicine has always called to me. From a young age, I was drawn to the magic of the unseen – the subtle realms, the whispers of spirit, the way energy moves through and around us.

I began having Reiki sessions at 18, with no real understanding of what Reiki even was, only a deep inner pull. As a highly sensitive soul, I had always felt the emotions and inner worlds of others so vividly – knowing how they were truly feeling and sensing what was held beneath the surface.

In 2011, I completed Reiki Level I & II, and that initiation set me firmly on the path of energetic and vibrational medicine. Since then, I’ve continued to deepen and expand my practice through studies in Quantum Energy Healing, supporting my own profound healing and transformation along the way.

More recently, I’ve stepped onto the Crystal Dreaming path, which has amplified my abilities as a healer. This work weaves in a shamanic journey experience for my clients, opening the space to release past-life trauma and clear energies that are blocking you in the here and now. It’s a powerful, multidimensional healing experience.

My true passion is coaching with my intuitive gifts at the centre – helping you transform, remember your own power, and embody new ways of being. Together, we’ll explore new tools for self-healing, fresh decision-making pathways, and deep embodiment across the spiritual, mental, and physical planes.
