When I first created this course, I was in a very different season of my life.

I’d been celibate for a couple of years. I was on my own, loving my independence, rebuilding my life and reconnecting with my own energy. I felt clear, powerful, and genuinely excited about love and my future. The tools in this course were coming through at a time when everything felt aligned and “high‑vibe,” and I poured that version of myself into the work.

Since then, real life and real relationships have tested everything.

Over the last few years my love life and my marriage have gone through huge waves – beautiful moments, deep initiations, and some very real heartbreak and confusion. The things I thought I’d “sorted” showed up again in new forms. Old beliefs got triggered. Parts of me I thought were healed came back asking for deeper love, deeper honesty, and deeper embodiment.

For a while this made me question everything I had created.

I wondered: Who am I to coach anyone around love and relationships when I’m still in the middle of my own transformation?
Does what I taught still count, if my life hasn’t stayed perfectly smooth and positive?

What I’ve realised is that this is exactly the point.

This course was never meant to be about staying in a permanent, polished “high vibration” where nothing messy ever happens. It was always about learning how to come home to yourself, honour your needs, and navigate love and intimacy when life is real – when you’re triggered, when your relationship is wobbling, when you feel alone, when you’re questioning everything.

The season I’m in now has deepened the work, not invalidated it.

I still stand by what I taught here. Those practices and perspectives truly supported me when I was rebuilding my life – and they continue to hold me through the harder chapters. But I see more now. I have more compassion for the parts of us that don’t shift overnight. I understand how confronting it is to try to live this in a long‑term relationship, with kids, history, triggers, money, and everyone’s nervous systems in the mix.

That’s why I’ve updated this course to include where the work got tested in my own life – and what I learned from that.

These additions don’t pretend I’ve arrived at some perfect destination. Instead, they bring you into the truth of my own process: I am still learning, still healing, still making mistakes, still choosing myself, and still committed to love.

I’m not here as a flawless guru with the perfect relationship. I’m here as a woman who has walked through initiation after initiation in love, who has sat in the dark nights, who has rebuilt her self‑trust more than once, and who carries real tools, grounded wisdom, and a lot of heart.

If you’re in the middle of it too – if your relationship has been a roller coaster, if your heart feels tired but still hopeful, if you crave a kinder, truer way of doing love without abandoning yourself – this course is for you.

I can’t promise you a constantly “high‑vibe” life.
What I can promise is to walk beside you with honesty, tenderness, and depth, and to share everything I know about coming back to your own centre, again and again, even when the work is being tested in real time.
